- Provide 3 fish fillets (I have used chonak/ giant sea perch/ sea bass)
- Use 1 tsp salt
- Use 1 tsp red chilli powder
- You need 3/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Get 1-2 tsp water
- Provide As required Oil for shallow frying

- Measure the chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt in a bowl. We are making the marinade separately to prevent the fillets from breaking.
- For variation you may also add some ginger garlic paste.
- Add water and mix into a thick paste. Avoid adding too much water as the fish will release some water post application of the marinade.
- Apply the marinade to the fish and rest for 15-30 mins.
