- Get 1/2 cup soya bean
- Get 1/2 cup soya chunks
- Provide 1 cup maida/ plain flour

- You need 2-3 tbsp melted butter
- Prepare 1 Tsp chat masala
- Take 1 Tsp red chilli powder
- You need 1 tbsp kashmiri lal mirch

- Take 1 Tsp coriander powder
- Use 1 Tsp turmeric powder
- Take 1 Tsp mint powder
- Provide 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- You need to taste Salt
- Use as needed Food colour optional
- You need 3-4 tbsp Fresh cream/ malai
- You need Frying
- You need as required Oil for frying
- Prepare Roast process
- Use sticks Skewers/ wooden

- Provide 1 onion (chopped)

Instructions to make Roasted soya chaap:
- First soak soya bean with enough water over night, boil soya chunks for 5-10 min till they turn soft and squeeze the water grind them into a smooth paste by adding enough of water.
- Now transfers both the paste into a big mixing bowl.
- Add in 1 cup maida and salt to taste, combine well and Knead a dough.
- Knead to smooth and soft dough same as of chapati dough, rest for 5 min and later take out the ball size dough.
- Dust the dough with maida and roll thin, furthermore cut into a thin strips with a help of knife of pizza cutter.
- Roll the strips around the ice cream / popsicle sticks.
- Boil the water and drop the rolled sticks into water,boil for 15 – 20 minutes or till soya chaap cooks completely.
- Now drain and transfer into cold water, allow it to cool completely.
- Finally, drain off the soya chaap sticks and keep aside.
- Frying process- Take a pan pour enough oil to fry these soya pieces until turn crispy and golden.
- Marination paste- Take a big mixing bowl and add 5-6 tbsp curd, kashmiri Lal mirch, chat masala, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, roasted jeera powder, mint powder or red food colour (optional), salt as/ taste mix them well.
- Now add melted butter and Amul fresh cream/ homemade malai, give them a mix.
- Now add soya pieces into the marinated paste and keep them aside for half and hour.
- Now use wooden/ iron skewers and directly grill them over the flame. Or you can pan fry them on a grilling pan.
- Sprinkle some onion, coriander leaves and serve hot with green curd, mind dip.
