  2. Once onion is light brown add all masalas,tomatoes,ginger garlic paste and half cup water.masala bhun jae tou add potatoes, 1/4cup water,green chullies and cover until potatoes are tender. ads dahi and let it cook
  3. Once the masala is well cooked add soaked rice and adjust water such that rice gets cooked in them. Put mint leaves along with it and put on dum for 10-15mins. Serve with raita or achaar
