- Use 2 . 5 Scotch bonnet and 1 large onion

- Soak the beans for an hour,Wash and remove the skin, add onion,scotch bonnet and garlic.Add water and blend until very smooth
- Add seasonings,spices, palm oil,veg. oil, little hot water and mix well. Pour in a leather and tie it as seen in the pictures below,then cook it in a hot water until well cooked
