- Use 2 cups wheat flour.(Here I have taken Multigrain Atta to make it healthy)
- Provide 1 tablespoon coarsely grounded Black pepper.(u can increase or decrease the quantity according to ur taste.)

- Provide 1/2 tsp Jeera
- Prepare 2 tablespoons oil or ghee for moin

- Take one parath. Add atta, Black pepper, hing, salt, oil for moin and rub jeera on the palms and mix well till everything gets incorporated.
