- Get 1 cup rava

- Take For garnishing:
- Take 1 bsp oil
- Take 1 tsp black mustard oil

Instructions to make Idli Sandwich:
- Take rava (suji) in a bowl.Add curd and salt.Mix and cover. Leave for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan,add onion,green chillies and chopped ginger.Saute for 1 minute.
- Add veggies,mix.Add powdered spices also.Add salt.Mix and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
- Add boiled and mashed potatoes to the veggies,mix well.Put off flame and keep aside.
- Now add soda bicarb to the rava and mix well.Add some water to make a batter of dropping consistency.
- Meanwhile in a pan,put a stand and heat the pan.Add 2 cups of water,cover and let it boil.
- Meanwhile grease 3-4 small steel bowls and transfer the idli batter into bowls.Tha bowls should be half filled.
- Put steel bowls into pan,cover the pan and steam the idlis on medium flame for 6-7minutes.
- After 6 minutes check the idlis by toothpick.
- Take out idlis from pan,let them cool for 2 minutes.Demould the idlis.Cut them horizontally.
- Put 2 tbsp potato stuffing on one piece of cut idli,and cover from another piece of idle,press gently.Prepare another one like this.
- Heat a pan and heat oil,add mustard seeds and red chilli powder.
- Put idli sandwiches in the pan,saute for 30 seconds on each side.(ooops!!!! Forgot to take the snap of this step)
- Take out the idli sandwiches and serve hot with green/peanut chutney.
