- Prepare 1/2 kg semolina
- You need 1.5 cup curd(better if sour)

- Prepare 1/4 cup beans finely chopped
- Provide 1 medium sized tomato finely chopped
- Prepare 1 tsp oregano seasoning
- You need 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- Prepare as per taste Salt
- Use 1 tsp mustard seeds
- You need 1/2 tsp split urad dal
- Get 8-10 curry leaves
- Provide 2 tsp oil
- Use Some oil for brushing

- Take a pan and pour some oil, let it get warm, add mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves. Add finely chopped or almost shredded veggies and give it a stir.
- Let it be on slow flame. Boil the corns slightly on other hand and let strain off all water. Add these corns too to the veggie mix. Add salt, oregano and chillies to this mix.
- Keep stirring to avoid burning or overcooking. On the other hand soak the semolina into curd and some water to make a thick paste and keep aside for at least 15-20 mins. Afterward add the veggie mix and some water to this suji mixture.
