- Mashed potatoes. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds asofoetida finely chopped onion saute add ginger chilli paste turmeric powder red chilli powder saute add potatoes and garam masala mix well. Add chopped coriander.
- Now Take 2glasses grease with oil. Add eno pouch in rawa batter and 2tsp hot water. Beat well. Till it fluffy.
- Boil water in a steamer. Make potato mixture roll. Pour 3tbsp. rawa mixture in a glass. Adjust potato roll in middle. And again pour mixture fill 3/4glass. And put in a steamer. Steam for 12to 15 min. Take out let it cool. Remove edges with knife. Rawa roll is ready.
