- Prepare 1 kg palak
- Provide 3-4 potatoes
- Prepare 1 onion

- Add ginger garlic paste. Add slit green chillies. Roast this mixture.
- Wash peel and cut potatoes into cubes. Add into oil. Add all spices. Fry for 2 mins until potatoes are mixed with spices.
