Using a spoon scoop the vegetables and arrange at the center only,do one fold.ie fold the egg from one side covering the vegetables, the fold should be half of the egg,the from the other side fold the other half overlapping the first fold, carefully not to tear it turn it making the seamed side to be on the pan in order to make the seams to glue well,let 2mins then put it on a plate carefully.
