  1. Take 3 eggs
  2. Take 1 potato(medium size)
  3. You need 1 carrot(medium size)
  4. Use 1 red onion
  5. Take 2 tablespoonful of self raising flour
  6. Provide Salt
  7. Take 1 capsicum (small size)
  8. Take 2 tomatoes
  9. Get Cooking oil
Instructions to make My improvised omelette:
  1. Peel the carrot, onion and the potato
  2. Wash all your ingredients (potato, capsicum, tomatoes,onion,carrot)
  3. Slice the tomatoes, onion and the capsicum into very thin slices
  4. Pick a bowl and in it grate the Carrot and the potato, then add in the slices onion, tomatoes and capsicum
  5. Then beat the eggs in a different bowl one at a tym and add them to the bowl with the mixture
  6. Add in the two spoonfuls of self raising flour + salt to the mixture and stir ensuring that all the ingredients are evenly distributed
  7. Pour 3 table spoons of cooking oil into a non stick pan and heat(medium) for two minutes
  8. Pour in all the mixture in the bowl into the pan and spread evenly
  9. After 5 minutes carefully turn the mixture
  10. Wait for another five minutes. This ensures that both sides r evenly cooked
