- Get 2 tomato
- Provide 4-5 Aloo
- Use 1 lemon
- Use 1 onion
- Take 1 spoon jeera seeds
- Provide 1 piece ginger
- Get 2-4 green chilli
- Take 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- Prepare 1/4 cup milk powder
- You need 1/2 spoon garam masala
- You need 1/2 spoon jeera powder
- Provide 1/2 spoon coriander powder
- Use 1 spoon kashmir chilli powder
- Take 1 spoon chilli flakes
- Use 1/4 spoon turmeric powder
- Get to taste Salt
- Take Black salt
- You need 6-8 spoon ghee
- Use 1/2 spoon Pepper powder
- Prepare Cashews
- Take 1 /2 cup lotous seeds/makhana
- Provide 1/4 Spoons green chutney
- Use 1/4 spoons sweet chutney
- Provide 1/4 cup sev
Instructions to make Tomatar chat:
- Remove the skin for boiled potatoes, mash and add salt, black salt, chilli flakes, pepper powder, green chilli,ginger and mix nicely. Prepare tikki shape.Place them on heated tawa, add some ghee and shallow fry both sides.
- Heat the kadai, add ghee,jeera seeds, onion, tomato one by one. Add salt and black salt,mix well. Add coriander powder, chat masala,jeera powder, pepper powder and mix well. Add some green chutney sweet chutney,mix well. Now add aloo tikki and mix well. Finally add coriander leaves and mix. Tomato aloo tikki mix is ready.
- Take small vessel,add milk powder, Kashmiri chilli powder,pepper powder,lime juice,garam masala and water, mix well. Keep aside. Heat the kadai,add ghee,jeera seeds,ginger fry them. Add cashews, lotous seeds and fry them. Now add milk powder mix and mix well. Add some water and boiled it. milk makhana gravy is ready.
- Take earthan cup, put some tomato tikki mix, pour milk makhana gravy, sweet chutney,green chutney.
- Add some Onion & tomato, lime juice, sprinkle chat masala, black salt, Coriander leaves. Finally add cashews and sev. Ready to serve 😋.
