- Get 1/2 cup all-purpose Flour/ Maida
- Use 1/4 cup atta(wheat flour)
- Take 1 Tbsp besan(gram flour)

Instructions to make Matri and Kesar Tea:
- For the Matri - in a bowl add Maida, Ata, Besan, Ajwain, Ghee, salt and mix well
- Add chilled water and make a tight dough. Cover with a cloth for 20 mins
- Roll with a rolling pin and cut the sides with a knife. Make a square.
- Make insertions diagonally and roll carefully so as not to break. Cut the edges
- In a wok heat oil and on medium-low flame carefully add the matris to fry. Don’t flip the sides often as it might break. Fry until golden in colour and set aside
- Heat water and add tea leaves. Switch off the flame. Add milk and pour into cup. Add Kesar and plate
