The ingredients needed to prepare Black Plum Laddus:
- Provide Around 2 cups of Leftover Plums from juice recipe
- Get 1/2 cup Desiccated coconut
- Get 1 cup beetroots grated
- Provide 3-4 tbsp Milk Powder
- Prepare 1 tsp Ilaichi Powder
- Provide 1-2 tbsp crushed dryfruits
- Provide Sugar (optional)
- Get 1 tbsp Ghee
Steps to make Black Plum Laddus:
- Add ghee in kadhai and fry dryfruits in it until it becomes crispy.
- Now add desiccated coconut and roast it until it starts changing its colour to light golden.
- Later add grated beetroot and black plums in it and cook until all water drys out. Then add sugar(optional), Milk powder, ilaichi powder and fried dry fruits.
- If you are adding sugar, wait till all mixture starts becoming dough. Other wise take it off flame once it starts separating ghee.
