The ingredients needed to prepare Paneer and potato kofta:
  1. Take 4 boiled potatoes
  2. You need 7 Tomatoes
  3. Provide 5 onions
  4. Use 2 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
  5. Take 1 cup besan
  6. Get 150 gm panner
  7. Prepare 3-4 tbsp cornflour
  8. Get 4-5 tbsp maida
  9. Take as per taste red chilli powder

Instructions to make Paneer and potato kofta:
  1. Grate panner and potato separately.
  2. Add 1/3 of 150 gm panner in a bowl add 1pinch turmeric and 2 pinches salt and mix well. Also, add some oil
  3. Now in a bowl add grated panner, potato, salt, 3tsp cornflour, 4tsp maida and make a soft dough with help of water.
  4. Divide the dough in some parts. And make medium size balls through it.
  5. Make small balls through panner and put the small ball in the white medium size balls and give a shape of egg.
  6. Now cover it with maida. Refrigerate it for 15minutes.
  7. In a small bowl add salt, 1/2tbsp, 1tbsp red chilli powder, 1tbsp garam masala, 1tbsp coriander powder and 2tbsp besan and mix well.
  8. To prepare gravy, grind well roughly chopped onion and tomato.
  9. Now, in a pan add 2tbsp oil, 1tsp jeera add onion puree and heat well until it gets golden brown in colour.
  10. Now again in a pan add some oil and shallow fry the kofta at medium flame
  11. Add tomato puree, ginger&garlic paste to golden brown onion. Cook well for 10minutes.
  12. Now add kofta to it and cook for 5minute.
  13. Your panner and potato kofta os ready to serve.
