- Grind mint leaves, ginger, green chilli with water and strain it and keep it aside.
- Take a frying pan and roast all the ingredients in ground powder and make it into fine powder and keep it aside
- Heat a pan add oil mustard seeds,onion, green chilli, turmeric powder nad fry it for 5 min.
- Add smashed potato and salt to it and mix it well. keep it aside
- Take another frying pan add oil mustard seeds, onion, tomato,chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder
- Add dhal, peas, smashed potatoes and ground paste and water, salt to it
- For ground paste take the powder and add water and mix it well now the ground paste is ready
- Leave it to the boiling point. now the masala is ready
