  1. Grease the washed baingan with little bit of oil.with the help of fork prick the baingan randomly.cook it on the flame till it's completely done.
  2. Repeat the process with other baingan as well.Now cover the roasted baingan so that it cools down and becomes easy to handle.Remove the skin of the roasted baingan and mash it well.
  3. Now take a pan or kadhai.Heat 2 tbsp oil.Add chopped onion and cook for 2 mins.
