- Marinate the prawn with haldi and salt.cook the rice(half cook) with black pepper, nutmeg,bay leaves,some salt,black cardamon, green cardamom and cloves.
- Make the paste of pudina and dhaniya leaves.and Ginger, Garlic,and green chillies paste also.
- Fry the onions. and keep aside. Heat the pan and then add Black pepper whole bay leaves white jeera clove and add the prawns.saute it well and add paste of ginger,galic, green chillies, dhaniya leaves and pudina paste into the pan.when it is become dry off the flame and keep aside.
- Heat the pan and fry some onions and add the cooked rice.add kesar to the rice saute it well and mix the prawns.(which we have already cooked.
- Add lemon juice and garnish with onion barista.cover the pan and put in a steamer around 10 mins.off the flame. Wait for 5 mins. Now the dish is ready to serve.it is excellent match with raita.
