- Add onion slices, green chilli, saute until light brown, add ginger garlic paste saute again for 2-3 minutes, now add marinated chicken fry for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
- Now add chopped tomato, mint and coriander leaves, add rice, salt, & lemon juice, give everything a gentle mix, now add water stir once, close the cooker lid, get one whistle, let it cool down, open it and serve hot. You can enjoy with raita/gravy too…
