The ingredients needed to prepare Arvi Gosht:
  1. You need 300 gm Mutton
  2. Take 250 gm Arvi
  3. You need 125 gm Curd (dahi)
  4. Provide 2-3 Onion
  5. You need 1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
  6. Get 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
  7. Take 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  8. Take 1 Tbsp Dhania Powder
  9. Take 1 Tsp Salt
  10. Prepare 1/2 Tsp Garammasala powder
  11. Provide 1 Cinnamon Stick
  12. Prepare 2-3 Cloves
  13. Prepare 4-5 Green Cardamom
  14. You need 2-3 Green Chilli
  15. Get Ginger Julians & Chop Coriander for Garnish
Instructions to make Arvi Gosht:
  1. Beat dahi with red chilli powder, dhania powder, salt. Keep aside.
  2. Slice onions. Add oil in pot and fry onions to pink or translucent. Add dahi mixture and bhoonofy till oil seprates from masala. Cool it.take onion masala in blender (leave oil in pot) and bled it to smooth paste.
  3. Add sabut garam masala in pot, fry for 2 minutes. Add mutton and ginger garlic paste. Fry on medium heat till it changes colour. Add onionmasala paste in pot. Fry for 5-10 minutes on medium heat. Then add 3-4 glass of water. Let it cook on medium heat.
  4. Wash & peel arvi. When mutton is half done, add arvi in pot with a glass of water. Let it cook till mutton is done and arvi is soft. Adjust gravy to your taste. If thick add little water. Add green chillies add close the heat.
