The ingredients needed to make Amba khatta:
  1. Prepare 2 kacche Aam (raw Mango)
  2. Get 1 medium piece of Jaggery or 3 Tablespoons of sugar
  3. Get 1/2 Tablespoons Salt
  4. Prepare 2 Cups water
  5. Use 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  6. Use As needed Panch furan
  7. Take 2 Red chillies (dry)
  8. Take 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  9. Use pinch Hing/asafoetida
  10. You need 1/2 teaspoon haldi(Turmeric) powder
  11. You need 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  12. You need 1 Teaspoon curry leaves
  13. Use 2 Tablespoon Oil
Steps to make Amba khatta:
  1. Take two raw mangoes and just wast it and cut them in slices and remove it's guthli. Now Switch on the gas and place there a pan and add there little oil and fry the mango slices for 5 mins in medium flame. Add there little haldi and salt.
  2. Remove them from that pan and keep it aside on a plate. Now in the same add 1 Teaspoon more oil and add there panch furan, red chilli, curry leaves and hing and fry it. Now add haldi powder, red chilli powder and mango now add more salt if required add water and now add jaggery and cover the lid and cook it for 10 mins in a slow flame. At last add roasted cumin powder and coriander leaves. Turn off the gas and then enjoy.
