- Soaked rice and chana dal separately for ½ hour. Boil rice separately. Pressure cook chana dal for 3 whistle and cool completely,add sugar mix gently.

Now add Khada masala and dry coconut slice and saute for 1 minute add chanadal - sugar mixture stir gently on low to medium flame for 4-5 minutes. add saffron milk, rice, dry fruits, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder mix gently cover lid and cook for 3-4 minutes on low medium flame.
