  3. Cook on medium heat from both sides until light brown. Soak in lukewarm for 15-20 min. Squeeze water by pressing dahi bade in both palms.
  4. Whisk curd. Add dahi bade. Add salt. Mix well.
  5. Garnish with cumin powder, red chilli powder, black pepper and coriander leaves.
