The ingredients needed to make Toum:
- You need 200 grams garlic Minced
- Get 400 ml oil
- Use 8 teaspoons lemon juice
- Provide 1.5 teaspoons salt
Instructions to make Toum:
- In a mixer grind the garlic to a almost fine paste with the salt (no water at all)
