- Prepare 1 cup Multigrain flour
- Provide 1/4 cup Jowar flour
- Provide 1/4 cup Maze/makai flour
- Provide 3/4 cup Powdered jaggery/gur
- Take 1 tsp Baking powder
- You need 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- You need 1 pinch Salt
- Get 1 and 1/4 cup Low fat Milk
Instructions to make Multigrain waffle:
- Preheat waffle maker machine.
- Meanwhile, put all the ingredients except milk into a large mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
- Add the milk little by little and whisk until combined without lumps. The batter has to be thick and smooth in pouring consistency.
- Once the maker is ready, pour 1 ladle of batter into the grid of waffle maker. Spread evenly such that the batter covers the lower grid.
- Close the lid and wait the waffle gets cooked (the green light goes on as per my waffle maker). This waffle would have slightly changed color and form some dark spots on top.
