  2. Get 2 Onions chopped

  1. Prepare a masala grinding onion, garlic,ginger together
  2. Take half of the curd mix 1/4 of the grinded masala mix well adding salt,red chilli Powder, turmeric powder oil and garam masala
  3. Marinate the chicken pieces with this and keep in a refrigerater for 1 hour
  4. Heat oil in a wok add bay leaf red chilli whole and the whole garam masalas
  5. Add the marinated chicken and saute it covering and keeping on a low heat
  6. In a bowl add all the remaining masalas curd,red chilli Powder and salt,mix it to a smooth paste
  7. Add into the chicken stir well and allow it to simmer
  8. Keep stiring to avoid burning or sticking
  9. As everything get combined add the remaining curd mix well
  10. Add warm water and cover till it become soft and moist
  11. Finally add sugar and garam masala mix
  12. Sprinkle ghee and remove from heat
  13. Serve it with any main course of your choice
