  1. Grate the bottle gourd and squeeze all its water.Now add gram flour along with some salt,red chilli Powder, kasoori methi and mix it.Now make the balls with mixture and deep fry in hot oil.
  2. Make puree with tomatoes and grind onions,garlic, chillies altogether to make a paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan,add heing, cumin seed and onion paste,fry it until oil separated.Then add tomato puree with salt and all spices.Cook it for 5-10min at low flame.Now add some water accordingly and boil for 2-3 min.It's time to add koftas and chopped coriander.
