- Provide 1/2 tsp rai dana
- Take 1/8 tsp asafoetida
- Take 10-15 curry leaves

- You need to taste Salt

- Provide 1 bowl chopped fresh coconut
- Use 1/2 tbsp chana daal
- Provide 1/4 tbsp tamarind pulp
- Prepare 2-4 onion slices
- Take 8-10 curry leaves
- Provide 1 green chilli
- You need 2 tsp oil
- Get 1 red dry chilli
- You need 1/2 tsp rai dana

- Collect all ingredients for vermicelli dosa.
- Take a mixing bowl and add all the above listed ingredients along with 3 cup of water. Mix thoroughly and bring it to batter consistency. Let the batter rest for 15min.
- Now heat a non-stick tawa, pour a laddle full of batter on the hot tawa,& spread he batter evenly.sprinkles few drops of oil to the corner of the dosa. Turn the flame to medium-low and cook for 5min or till the dosa golden brown at the edges.flip the dosa and cook for 2min. Turn of the flame and transfer to the serving plate.
